Students Prepare For Art And Life With Their Online Liberal Arts Degrees From Online Distance Learning Programs
A student can either earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree if interested in learning about arts and sciences or a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) if studying visual or performing arts is the interest. In order to be considered for a MFA, an individual normally needs to carry a bachelor’s degree first, although it doesn’t actually matter what the BA is in, as long as it is from an accredited school. The main concern that most schools look at is a student’s portfolio that is compiled of their work or an audition if the student is looking to get into the performing arts.
A Master of Arts normally focuses more on the academic study of the arts as a whole. A MFA is usually more concerned with one specific field of interest in the arts.
