How The Poles Settled In North America
The requirement for Polish language translation in The United States originates from the initial voyages to the New World. The initial significant influx of Polish immigration brought about 400,000 Polish men and women to the United States by 1860.
Most of these Polish settlers reached the United States by themselves or in small family groups. They lived in U.S . cities of the Northeast and Midwest. In the final years of the nineteenth century, Polish men and women were part of the surge of Europeans moving into the North America from eastern and southern Europe. Along with these people were more than 2,000,000 men and women of Polish ancestry who reached the U.S. from Various Countries of Europe, including the regions of their birthplace under foreign rule.
